Melanie / My beautiful niece is seven

Okay I’m not going to get all sappy this year…I just can’t believe how fast time goes! On March 16th my niece turned seven. Amidst the coronavirus popping up in the US, schools closing, businesses closing, social distancing beginning in our country, she had a birthday. It was meant to be pretty epic, a big family trip to Disney world and breakfast at the castle dressed as a princess. Of course, none of that got to happen. She was obviously pretty disheartened by the news, but one thing you should know about Melanie is that she’s a tough little girl. And she’ll find a way to have fun no matter what she’s doing! I’m so proud to call her my niece and I adore this little girl SOOO much!

She couldn't wait to get out of this dress and heals and into her play clothes and rain boots to splash around in the creek. More on those pictures later! ;)
