Amie + Will / a charming wedding at River View Lodge in LeClaire, Iowa

The Ramirez + Boetje wedding was one for the books!

It was so stylish and charming that I literally felt like I was walking around in a movie and all of the different doors opened up to a new scene. For real though, it was an absolutely epic wedding day!!

I was excited to work with Angela Brearton as my second shooter again, she always makes my clients feel amazing and well taken care of throughout the entire day as if they were her own. It was such a great team of creatives all around because I also got to work with Colin Sullivan of Little Sea Productions again. Him and his wife Kelly always make the day fun and are full of great ideas for the clients’ wedding videos!

I know Amie has been working hard, along with her VIPs and mom to pull off this shindig. A lot of the ideas have been in her head for a long time and she was excited to make it a reality and pull everything together. Amie even made the amazingly unique bouquets! Her family runs Clinton Printing so it goes without saying that the gorgeous invites were printed there, along with the decorative koozies and napkins. And of course, since this was a Boetje wedding, there had to be little mustard jars available for every guest to take home and enjoy!

You may notice in the pictures below (hard not to!) that the ladies all looked absolutely stunning, especially the gorgeous bride! Her beauty team consisted of Marissa Edors and Kate Mallie from Exo Salon and Spa. And that dress!! Gorgeous right?! She got it at BHLDN and had it altered by Mary’s Alterations and Repair.

We can’t leave the men out, they looked great as well of course, sporting tuxes from Mens Wearhouse.

It’s safe to say, the guests at this wedding had a good time. From the food trucks to the favors to the delicious cake and desserts and entertainment from SAS Dj’s, the party was a super fun and memorable one that will be talked about for a long time to come.

Huge congrats again to the happy couple, Amie and Will! Thank you so, so much for letting me be a part of such an important day in your lives. It was an honor to be there and celebrate alongside you and your loved ones!
