Katelyn + Alex / an intimate Wednesday wedding at Eagle Point Lodge
I love a sweet, intimate wedding surrounded by a couples’ closest loved ones. Katelyn and Alex chose a Wednesday afternoon to begin their new marriage.
The ceremony and reception took place at Clinton’s very own Eagle Point Lodge at 1:00 PM on September 28, 2022. The lodge is a gorgeous venue overlooking the mighty Mississippi River that has been around for decades! After a quick first look, Katelyn walked down the aisle and the two shared their own vows in front of friends and family.
It was such a beautiful, sunny day and we took full advantage of the nice weather and got some portraits done outdoors before dinner was served! The dessert was amazing, Cake Fantasies always delivers gorgeous, and most importantly, delicious desserts!
While the couple did share a first dance and special dances with their parents, they opted to play games throughout the afternoon with their guests. The whole day was so perfectly Katelyn and Alex. The love they share and how much they deeply care for one another is very clear to everyone who was present.
